Cafe at Ogden Point - Victoria BC
There is an easily walkable 850 metre (one-half mile) long breakwater at Ogden Point that folks also fish from, and depending on the time of day or year, you may see kelp beds, seals, scuba divers getting ready to go out, the big cruise ships that dock at the point, and the Coho Ferry from/to Port Angeles. There is also a wonderful cafe at the start of the breakwater with heated outdoor seating and lots of windows, great for people and boat watching and lots of that sparkly water that is so great for dissolving stress. You can't help but feel like you've got the best seat in the city with a view like that and food like this.
